摘要
为探讨1型糖尿病患儿血清瘦素与C-肽的相互关系,应用放射免疫分析的方法,检测65例1型糖尿病患儿和30例正常对照者血清中的瘦素和C-肽水平;结果:儿童1型糖尿病患儿与正常对照组血清中瘦素及C-肽水平比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),31例患儿治疗前后瘦素和C-肽水平变化差异有显著性(P<0.01),且瘦素和C-肽之间的变化呈正相关,瘦素/C-肽的比值与正常对照组及治疗后比较差异有显著性。提示:瘦素参于儿童1型糖尿病发病,瘦素水平的变化可能与1型糖尿病的发生、发展有密切关系。
To explore the relationship between serum leptin and C-peptide (C-P) in children with type 1 diabetic mellitus (DM), the levels of serum leptin and C-peptide were detected by radioimmunoassay in 65 cases with type 1 DM and 30 normal controls, respectively. The results showed that there was a significant difference in either serum leptin or C-P levels between DM cases and normal children (leptin: 1. 78ng/ml ± 0. 65ng/ml vs. 5. 8ng/ml ± 1. 9ng/ml, P< 0. 01; C-P: 0. 59ng/ml ± 0. 12ng/ml vs. 2. 45ng/ml±1. 01ng/ml,P<0. 001). The levels of leptin and C-P after treatment increased significantly comparing to those before treatment in 31 DM patients (leptin:3.15ng/ml±l. 20ng/ml vs. 1. 67ng/ml±0. 59ng/ml, P<0. 01 ;C-P:1. 45ng/ml±0. 5ng/ml vs. 0. 54ng/ml±0. 13ng/ml,P<0. 01)with a positive correlation between leptin and C-P. Furthermore, the obvious difference in the ratio of leptin/C-P was observed either between sick and normal children or between before and after treatment, respectively. It is suggested that leptin play probably an important role in the occurrence and progress of DM in children.
