摘要 目的 :制备水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖。方法 :壳聚糖溶于氯乙酸溶液中 ,在一定的反应温度和反应时间下 ,滴加入氢氧化钠溶液 ,羧甲反应之后 ,蒸去过量的水 ,乙醇沉淀 ,抽滤分出羧甲基壳聚糖。结果 :在近水沸点下 ,壳聚糖多聚单元与氯乙酸的摩尔比为 1∶3 ,NaOH加入量与氯乙酸等摩尔。羧化后可获得水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖 ,收率达到 87%以上。结论 :本工艺方法可以在水溶液中制备出水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖 。 Objective: To prepare water soluble carboxymethyl chitosan .Methods: Chitosan was dissolved in chloroacetic acid solution and sodium hydroxide solution was added. After the reaction,excessive water was vaporized. Carboxymethyl chitosan was precipitated with the addition of alcohol and separated by filtration. Results: The results showed that,with the molar ratio of chloroacetic acid to chitosan polymer unit being 1:3,sodium hydroxide to chloroacetic acid being 1:1,water soluble carboxymethyl chitosan was obtained with the yield >87%. Conclusion: This method is simple and the product is good in its appearance.
