各类性病门诊中患者求医行为的因素研究

Research into Health Care Seeking Behaviors in STD Clinics

目的 了解性病患者求医行为与特征、预防性病、艾滋病的意识与需求。方法 采用横段面调查。在浙江省选取省、地（市）、县三级共5个性病门诊为现场,对求医者开展访谈式调查。结果412名求医者中,外地146名,占35.4％,三类门诊中外来省份数差别不大;表现症状后求医者占78.4％;7天之内有症状者45.1％;7～14天有症状者31.3％。50.0％以“找不到性伴”和29.3％的求医者怕“隐私披露”不愿让性伴同时进行治疗。结论 性病防治工作重点应不仅扩大到基层,而且急需加强性病、艾滋病预防健康教育。

Objectives To learn about the characteristics of health seeking behaviors and the awareness of needs for STD and HIV/AIDS prevention in STD Patients. Methods A cross sectional study involving 5 clinics at provincial, prefecture, and county levels was conducted in Zhejiang Province. In these clinics 10 doctors were trained to carry out interviews on health care seeking behaviors of patients.The data collected was analyzed with EPI6.04. Results Among 412 patients, 146 (35.4% )were from outside Zhejiang Province. This proportion was similar at all levels of health services.Of the patients who attended the clinics, 78.4 % complained of STD symptoms, 45 .1 % had symptoms for less than 7days, and 31.3% for 7 - 14 days; 50.0% of the patiants refused to accept partner notification in excuse of losing contacts with their sex partners, while 29.3 % of them refrained from doing so for privacy. Conclusion STD prevention and control work should focus not only on grass roots clinics, but should also urgently need to strengthen health education.
