摘要
从叙述音乐信号的准瞬时压缩编码方法(NIC)开始,对其进行理论分析,推导了量化信噪比的数学公式,并由计算机算出量化信噪比的曲线,从理论上证明NIC比13折线A律压缩方式在信噪比方面高12dB。文中提出采用TMS32010数字信号处理器(DSP)实现NIC处理硬件组成和软件设计,通过实验证明,该方案和设计是可行的。
This paper begins with a general review of the near-instantaneously
companding coding (NIC), and then carries out theory analysis and derives
the mathematical formula of signal-to-quantilizing noise ratio (SQNR). It is
proved that the SQNR of the 5-range NIC is better than the A-law compand-
ing method. The authors propose the use of the digital signal processor (DSP)
TMS32010 to realize the NIC. This artical describes the hardware constitution
and software design for the whole system. The feasibility of this scheme and
design has been proved with experiments.
