肾盂移行细胞癌累及肾实质的不同方式及其临床意义

Different renal parenchymal involvement of transitional cell carcinoma in pelvis and its clinical significance

目的 :观察肾盂移行细胞癌累及肾实质的不同方式 ,比较其在肿瘤分化及预后上的差异。方法 :对5 8例伴有肾实质浸润和 (或 )累及集合管的肾盂移行细胞癌患者的手术标本结合术后随访资料进行分析。结果 :肿瘤细胞对肾实质的累及方式可分为 4种情况 ,单纯累及集合管的肾盂移行细胞癌与从肾盂处直接浸润肾实质者在肿瘤分化和患者预后上的差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :肾盂移行细胞癌可以多种方式累及肾实质 ,不同累及方式的肿瘤在细胞分化和预后上的差异存在显著性意义。

Purpose:To explore different renal parenchymal involvement of transitional cell carcinoma in the renal pelvis, and make clear their differences in tumor differentiation and prognosis.Methods:Surgery specimens and follow up data of fifty eight patients with transitional cell carcinoma of renal pelvis were studied.Results:Histopathologically, transitional cell carcinoma in the renal pelvis could involve renal parenchyma in four types. Carcinoma involve collecting ducts without parenchymal invasion had statistical grade and prognosis difference from that invade renal parenchyma from renal pelvis.Conclusions:Transitional cell carcinoma in the renal pelvis could involve renal parenchymal in different types, and they had differences in tumor differentiation and prognosis.
