摘要
描述了工艺过程设计的基本概念,及基于知识的计算机辅助工艺过程设计中的规划策略、约束和冲突,以及排序等基本问题及其在实际系统中的表现,并总结存在的问题及发展方向。
The task of process planning is to translate design data into work
instructions to produce a part or a product. With the development of computer
science and manufacturing systems, conputer aided process planning (CAPP)
has become very important in manufacturing systems. The theories of artif-
icial intelligence and expert system have provided powerful means for compu-
ter aided process planning. The paper describes the basic concept of process
planning and basic problems about planning strategy, constraints and conflicts,
ordering in computer aided process planning systems. Some practical CAPP
systems have been analysed to illustrate these problems. The existing problems
have been solved, and the prospect of CAPP is brought forward.
