恶丙嗪对口腔科镇痛效果的临床分析

Clincal Study of Oxaprozin in the Treatment of Dental Pains.

目的 了解恶丙嗪 (OXP)对口腔科镇痛的效果。方法 随机选择 10 0例患者 ,顿服OXP 6 0 0mg ,2 4h后再顿服 6 0 0mg ,目测标尺法观察。 结果 OXP总有效率 82 % ,服药后明显改善患者症状 ,不良反应以胃肠道及神经系统为主。

Objective To evaluate efficacy of oxaprozin(OXP) in the treatment of dental pains. Methods Randomized controlled clinical study of OXP was performed.100 patients were given intragastrically OXP 600mg, and once again 24hs later. Results The total effective rate of OXP was 82%. OXP could improve the symptoms and signs. The adverse reactions included gastrointestinal and nervous system discomfort. Conclusinon OXP can be used to relieve dental pains.
