高压氧预防放射性牙体坏死的病理学观察

摘要 目的 探讨高压氧预防放射性牙体坏死的作用。方法 对两组白兔右侧下颌骨作总量为 16Gy钴 - 6 0放射 ,其中一组在放射期间和放射结束后共作 12舱次高压氧 (0 .2 5MPa)吸入。放射结束后 42周 ,对放射侧颌骨和牙齿作连续切片光镜下病理学观察。结果 单纯放射组 ,放射性牙体坏死率为 6 / 8,放射加高压氧吸入组为 2 / 8,两组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on preventing radiation necrosis of teeth. Methods The right mandibullae of two groups of rabbits were radiated by 16 Gy of cobatt-60 in total. One group of rabbits inhaled 12 times of HBO(0.25MPa) during and after radiation. 42 weeks after radiation, the radiated mandibullae and the teeth were histopathologically observed with light microscope. Results Therer were 6/8 radiation necrosis of the teeth in pure radiation group and 2/8 in radiation and HBO group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Intake of HBO has obvious effect of preventing radiation necrosis of teeth.
