The Inhibition of Superoxide Dismutase on Immune Functions

目的 观察SOD对正常小鼠及佐剂性关节炎大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 体外或体内给于不同浓度的SOD ,用3 H -TdR掺入法测量细胞的增殖能力。结果 SOD对脾脏T、B淋巴细胞的增殖反应呈剂量依赖性抑制 ,并抑制巨噬细胞产生IL - 1。

Objective To evaluate the effects of superoxide dismutase(SOD) on cell immune functions in normal mice and rats with adjuvant arthritis.Methods The in vitro or in vivo effects of different doses of SOD, were measured by 3H-TdR incorporation method.Results SOD could suppress the proliferation reaction of splenic T and B lymphocytes. IL-1 secreted by macrophages was also suppressed by SOD.Conclusion SOD could inhibit the immune functions.
