褪黑素对持续光照下大鼠免疫功能改变的对抗作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨持续光照下大鼠免疫功能的改变以及褪黑素对其的作用。方法 将 32只大鼠随机分为正常光照组、持续光照组、持续光照加腹腔注射生理盐水组和持续光照加腹腔注射褪黑素组 ,持续光照时间为 4天 ,分别测定白细胞数、淋巴细胞转化率和中性粒细胞的吞噬功能。结果 持续光照后 ,大鼠三项免疫功能指标均下降 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,褪黑素 10 μg/kg腹腔注射后 ,大鼠三项免疫功能指标得到恢复。 Objective To study the change of rat immune function under continuous light and effect of melatonin on it.Methods 32 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(normal light,continuous light,continuous light plus normal saline and ,plus melatonin by intraperitoneal injection),then to determine their number of leucocyte,the transforming rate of lymphocyte and function of neutrophils.Results Under continuous light for 4 days,all three indice of rat immune function decreased,after administration of melatonin 10μg/kg by intraperitoneal injection,They were restored.Conclusion Melatonin produces an anti-stress action to strengthen immune function and protect organism.
