一个新的胎肝发育相关因子cDNA的克隆与序列分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:从胎肝cDNA文库中,分离胎肝发育相关新cDNA。方法:分离纯化胎肝组织RNA,构建cDNA文库、T-A克隆、核酸自动测序及生物信息学分析。结果:分离克隆一个新的cDNA片段,编码71个氨基酸多肽,并且与肝脏生长/分化因子9部分同源。申请加入国际基因库,登录号为:GenbankAF157027。结论:该新cDNA(GenbankAF157027)编码的多肽可能调控肝脏的发育。 Objective:To construct the cDNA library of fetus liver and isolate the new cD-NA clones.Method:RNA isolation,cDNA library construction,T-A cloning,DNA se quencing and bioinformatics analysis were conducted.Results:A new fragment of cDNA encoding a predicted pep-tide of71residues was isolated and cloned,which shared45%(16/35)amino acid and identified with the growth/differentiation factor9(GDF-9)of human liver.Conclusion:The peptide encoded by the new cDNA might be a growth/differenti ation factor of the liver.
