532例性病患者病原体检测分析

Pathogenic analysis of 532 cases of STD

目的 :摸清江苏部分地区性病病原体在性病感染人群中的分布情况 ,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法 :对搜集的 5 32例性病患者进行性病病原体分离和分类统计。结果 :5 32例性病患者中单一病原体感染占 6 8.42 % ,合并 2种和 3种感染的各占 2 7.0 7%和 4.5 1%。 2 0～ 39岁年龄段发病较多 ,占84.96 %。中学文化层次人群占 6 9.36 % ,职业分布以个体户和工人较高 ,占 5 2 .82 %。结论 :江苏部分地区性病患者以单一感染和多重感染并存。性病感染与年龄。

Objective: To make the policy of STD control and prevention, on the basis of STD distribusion among infected people in part of Jiangsu province. Method: 532 cases of STD pathogen are isolated and statistically analysed. Result: The infection rates with single agent, two complex angents and three complex anagents were 62.42%, 27.05% and 4.51% respectively, it was also shown that 84.96% of the cases are in the age of 20～39 years old with low education(69.36%) and 52.82% of them who are private owner and blue collars. Conclusion: It is concluted that STD cases in Jiangsu characterized by co-existing single infection and complex infection, it also has the relation with age, educational background and occupations
