摘要
目的 :应用期望膳食模式 (DDP)对江苏城乡居民膳食结构进行评价。方法 :按平衡膳食法计算热能摄入量 ,以 DDP评分方案评价膳食结构。结果 :90年代江苏城乡居民膳食结构变化特征为谷类DDP评分下降 ,动物性食物 DDP评分上升。结论 :城市居民膳食结构调整重点是遏制粮食消费下降 ,继续降低猪肉消费 ;
Objective:Retrospective and prospective studies on the quality of diet in urban and rural residents in Jiangsu Province. Methods:Intake of energy was calculated according to method of balance diet and dietary pattern was assessed with DDP.Results:The study showed that characteristic changes in urban and rural residents in Jiangsu Province, during 1990-1999 were the DDP score of cereals was decreased and the DDP score of animal food was increased remarkably. Conclusion:The adjusting to dietary structure of urban residents should be increase cereals consumption and lower pork consumption.Promotion of soybean and milk consumption both in urban and rural residents were one of the most feasible and effective ways of improving nutritious quality of diet in the near futrure.
