摘要
目的 :观察不同海拔高度青年PWC1 70时功率和心率的变化 ;方法 :受试者坐于踏车功量机上 ,OW心率为未做功时对照值 ,以 2 5W开始 ,以 6 0rPm连续蹬车 ,每 3分钟递增 2 5W ,蹬车至衰竭时停止 ,用心电图机记录每个负荷末期最后 5秒的心率 ;结果 :PWC1 70在海拔 36 80m最大功率为 1 98.75W± 2 3.33W ,在海拔 41 0 0m最大功率为2 1 5.31W± 1 7.51W ,在海拔 5380m最大功率为 2 1 6 .1 7W± 30 .1 8W ,最大心率和最大功率与不同海拔高度呈直线正相关 ;结论 :海拔愈高对做功能力的影响愈大 ,心功能降低为最大做功时心率增幅减少的重要原因之一。
Objective:To study the changes of rate of work and heart of PWC170 under altitude hypoxic environment in young.Method:The subjects were exercised by ergometer starting with 25W and 60rpm,and increasing 25W per 3' up to disability.The rate of heart in last 5 sec was recorded by ECG.Results:The all level of PWC170 were 198.75W±23.33W,215.31W±17.51W and 216.17W± 30.18W at altitude of 3 680m,4 100m and 5 380m respectively.Conclusion:The capacity of work and heart were associated with the elevating altitude.
