摘要
目的 了解导致急性中毒事故的PSZ 1堵漏剂溶剂有害化学成分。方法 采用毛细管柱气相色谱 -质谱联用技术 (GC/MS) ,结合低沸点有机试剂萃取及顶空法。结果 该堵漏剂溶剂化学成分主要为乙苯、苯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸异辛酯等八种物质 ,其常温下挥发物主要为甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯。结论 该堵漏剂标签标明为无毒、无害是不负责任的 ,使用时必须严格控制有害挥发物低于最高容许浓度 ,以防恶性中毒事故再次发生。
Objective To find the harmful chemical components in the solvent of PSZ?1 caulking compound which has led to an acute toxic accident.Methods Capillary column gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) combined with low boiling point solvent extraction as well as head space gas chromatography techniques.were used.Results It was found there were 8 main substances which were ethylbenzene,styrene and di-(2?ethylhexyl)phthalate in the solvent of PSZ?1 caulking compound.Toluene,ethylbenzene and styrene were the major volatile constituents at normal temperature.Conclusion It is a breach of duty that the bottles of PSZ?1 caulking compound have been labeling 'Non-toxic' and 'Harmless'.In the application of PSZ?1 caulking compound,the concentration of harmful volatile chemicals must be held below the limit of permitted density in order to prevent any accidental event.
