保肾康治疗IgA肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation of IgA Nephropathy Treated by "Baoshen Kang

观察保肾康治疗IgA肾病的临床疗效。设治疗组 3 0例 ,在原治疗服用中药煎剂基础上加服保肾康 ,对照组 3 0例服用中药煎剂 ,不加服保肾康 ,疗程 8周 ,观测血尿、尿蛋白、肾功能、血纤溶酶原激活物 (tPA)及其抑制物 (PAI)。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 80 .0 %对照组总有效率为 53 .3 %(P <0 .0 5) ,治疗组 2 4小时尿蛋白治疗后减少 (P <0 .0 5) ,tPA/PAI比值提高 (P <0 .0 5)。两组治疗后肾功能均有改善 ,但无显著差异。提示保肾康对IgA肾病血尿、蛋白尿具有一定疗效。

To observe the clinical effects of 'Baoshen Kang'in the treatment of lgA nephropathy,30 cases in treatment group were treated by 'Baoshen Kang'as well as previous Chinese medicine and another 30 cases were treated just by Chinese medicine.They were all treated for 8 months.The hematuria,urinary protein,kidney function,tPA and PAI were detected.Results:the total effective rate was 80 0% in treatment group and 53 3% in control group,with a difference between the two groups( P <0 05);after treatment in the treatment group,the total urinary protein in 24 hours reduced( P <0 05)and tPA/PAI increased( P <0 05).It is revealed that'Baoshen Kang'has positive effects on IgA nephropathy.
