骨延长家兔血液流变学观察及活血化瘀药对其影响

Observation of Bone Lengthening Rabbit's Hemorrheology and Influence of Invigorating the Circulation of Blood Drug on It

目的 :观察骨延长术对实验兔血液流变学的影响及活血化瘀药的疗效。方法 :实验兔 12只 ,造成左胫骨中段骨延长模型。随机分组。用药组于术后第 2d开始喂有活血化瘀的中药“长骨液”的颗粒饲料。空白组喂普通饮料。定期采血测定相关指标。结果 :空白组手术结束时和术后 2周的血液流变学高于术前 (P <0 .0 5 )。用药组与术前无明显差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :骨延长术使实验兔血液 ,出现高粘现象 。

Objective:In order to observe the influence of bone lengthening operative rabbits hemorrheology and the availability of invigorating the circulation of blood drug improve it.Methods:Bone lengthening model in middle shaft of left tibia was used,12 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.Rabbits of experimental group feed on Chinese medicine bonegrowth fluid granule feedstuff,while rabbits of contrast group feed on normal feedstuff.Collecting blood of vein in the edge of ear and measuring the correlative index.Results:While two weeks after ending lengthening,the hemorrheology of contrast group is significantly higher than that of pre operation( P <0.05),while hemorrheology of experimental group has no significant difference contrast with pre operation( P >0.05).Conclusion:Bone lengthening operation effect the hemorrheology of exper;mental rabbits and its blood display high adhesion state,invigorating the circulation of blood drug can improve its abnormal state.
