输血传播病毒婴儿感染途径的观察

A Primary Report on the Infantile Transfusion Transmitted Virus Infection.

【目的】 通过观察产妇和所产婴儿在分娩及母乳喂养 6个月后输血传播病毒 (TTV)感染情况 ,探讨婴儿TIV感染途径。 【方法】 选择定期复查坚持母乳喂养的产妇及婴儿进行血清TTV检查。 【结果】 63例中在分娩时母亲血清TTV阳性者 2 0例 ,乳汁阳性率为 5 0 % ( 10 / 2 0 ) ,脐血均为阴性 ;产后 6个月时 ,母血阳性率为 30 % ( 6/2 0 ) ,母乳阳性率为 90 % ( 18/ 2 0 ) ,婴儿血清TTV阳性率 2 0 % ( 4/ 2 0 ) ;分娩时母亲血清TTV阴性者 ,其乳汁、脐血也均为阴性 ,但 6个月复查时 ,母血阳性率为 13.95 % ( 5 / 43) ,母乳阳性率为 9.30 % ( 4/ 43) ,婴儿血清阳性率为 11.63% ( 5 / 43) ,与母亲TTV阳性组婴儿血清TTV感染率无显著性差异。 【结论】 孕产妇血清TTV阳性率较正常人群高 ,乳汁及血清之间的TTV感染并无严格的对应关系。乳腺可能是TTV病毒的另一存在部位 ,母乳可能是母

Objective To preliminary describes the frequency andthe infection path of TTV in infants who were breast fed. Methods The TTV were detected in sera,breast and umbilical blood from theselecled women who were healthy and after breast fed 6 months using nest-PCR,the TTV were detected again in sera of mother and infants and mother's breast. Results 63 out of 105 cases were followed up,20 of63 cases were positive in their sera,and 50% of their breast were positive,the umbilical blood were all negative.The others 43 of 63 cases were negative in their sera,their breast and clildren's umbilical blood were also negative.After 6 months breast fed,among the first group,the rates of positive in mother's sera,breast and infant's sera were 30%,90% and 20% respectively,in group 2,the rates ofthem were 13.95%,9.30% and 11.63% respectively.The positive rate of infant's sera has no significant difference between the first and second group. Conclusions The TTV infection rate of gravid and parturients ishigher than that of normal subjects,the breast and sera have no restrict corespondent relationship.The breast may be the another host of TTV.The breast is not the mainly transmit path between mother and their infant.
