摘要
阴离子交换膜扩散渗析技术已被成功地应用于钢铁废酸的回收处理工程。在工程设计中,膜分离工艺参数的确定是一重要环节,但目前尚无完整的计算方法。作者根据钢铁酸洗原理、膜分离工艺研究结果和工程实践经验,提出了多元一次方程求解法。该计算方法将诸多工艺参数归纳为一系列多元一次方程组,通过方程组求解,可确定未知的工艺参数。
Diffusion dialysis using anion exchange membrane has been successfully used in separating waste steel pickle liquor. The determination of membrane separation parameters is important to engineering desigan, but up to now, there is no general calculation method. Based on pickling principle, research results of membrane separation process and experience of engineering practice, the author developed a method of solving equations in multiple variables. Various process parameters unknown can be determined.
