摘要
本文对新建的一批大型高炉的自动控制系统进行了分析。认为研究系统的合理性和经济性,以及按高炉容积对自动化水平分级是十分必要的。文中列举了各级高炉自动化系统的功能,并指出宝钢高炉与世界先进水平的差距及宝钢高炉的发展方向。
This paper analysed automatic control systems used in a number of newly-built large blast furnaces. Researches on rationality and economy of the systems and classification of automatic level according to the volumes of BF are quite necessary. Further more, this article enumerated functions of automatic systems of various blast furnaces and points out the disparities between blast furnaces of Baoshan Iron & Steel Works and the advanced ones in the world. BF development orientation in Baoshan was also mentioned.
