摘要
[目的]了解初中学生焦虑现状、探讨其发生、变化的规律。[方法]采取分层抽样法,对一所初级中学不同年级进行焦虑自评量表测评和相关情况调查。[结果]同一年级不同学期及不同年级学生的焦虑自评总分标准分均值与全国常模相比,多数差异有显著性、焦虑曲线呈马鞍型;女生焦虑水平高于男生。[结论]把心理卫生工作重点从调查趋向干预、降低学生焦虑水平,促进人格健康发展。
[Objective] To investigate the anxiety situation of the middle school students to study its causes and regularity. [Method] Students from different grades were randomly selected to undertake a self - rating anxiety scale and some other relative surveys. [Result] The average score of the students differs greatly from that of the national survey in terms of anxiety level in different semesters and grades. The curve in the investigation diagram appears in the shape of a saddle with both first and third year much higher than the second year. The anxiety among female students is more serious than that among the males. [ Conclusions ] We should emphasize more to the health development of their personality.
