摘要
本文主要从提高刚玉质透气砖的透气度,常温耐压强度和荷重软化温度等方面着手,研制出了理化指标及使用性能均达到国内同类产品先进水平炉外精炼用的刚玉质透气转。井成功地满足了上海钢铁研究所VOD炉精炼超低碳不锈钢多炉使用的要求。
Emphasis is laid on inhancement of permeability, cold crushing strength and refractoriness under load of corundum bubbling bricks for ladle refining. Both physical and chemical properties and applicability of such bubbling bricks have reached the same advanced level of similar products at home. They successfully met the requirements of Shanghai Iron & Steel Research Institute to refine ultra low carbon stainless steel in VOD furnace with a service life of several heats.
