本文通过研究完全采用国产原料,井引入减水—缓凝添加剂和二种超微粉混合料,配制生产出了施工性能和强度指标均达到日本同牌号产品水平的大型高炉风管用的刚玉质浇注秆。1990年4月份大批量生产出的刚玉质浇注料成功地用于宝钢2号高炉热风管中。

Corundum castable refractory was made from domestic raw materials, in which water reducer, retarding additives and two kinds of ultra fine powders were introduced. Workability and strengthening quality of such castable corundum refractories have reached the same level of the Japanese similar products. In April, 1990, the corundum castable refractories wcre formally put into lot production and then used for lining blow pipes of No.2 blast furnace in Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Works.
