高精度四辊冷轧机的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRECISION FOUR-HIGH COLD STRIP MILL

本文简要介绍了四辊精密冷轧机的主要技术性能、设备的组成和特点。围绕带材成品精度控制这一主题,本文着重论述了计算机控制系统的功能,液压厚度自动控制的工作原理,液压弯辊和板形控制,辊缝仪的研制及其对消除辊系偏心和提高厚度控制精度所起的作用。

This paper briefly introduces the major technical performances, basic design features and formation of the four-high cold strip mill. Based on the thickness tolerance control of the finished strip, the paper deals emphatically with the functions of the computer control system, the operation principle of the hydraulic AGC, the hydraulic work-roll bending system and the profile and flatness control, the roll-gap meter development and its effect on eliminating gap deviation caused by the roll eccentricity and optimizing the strip gauge deviation.
