非小细胞肺癌根治术后放化疗疗效分析

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)根治术后的主要失败原因是远地转移或/和局部区域复发.术后辅以单纯放疗或化疗能否提高长期生存率一直存有争议[1,2].本文回顾总结1987-10～1994-12NSCLC根治术后临床资料,以局部区域复发和远地转移为观察指标,分析术后放疗和化疗对失败原因的影响及其治疗价值.
