摘要
本文在连续梁观点的基础上,分析了弧形连铸机拉矫辊的受力状况,据此设计了连铸坯矫直力现场测试方案,并介绍为此测试方案所需的轮腹式压力传感器。实测表明该测试方案是成功的。
In order to analyze the withdrawal-straightening roller's fracture of the curve continuous caster with radius of curvature of 10300 mm, the field test scheme of CC slab straightening force was designed. The paper gives out the pressure transducer required for this test scheme. The practical experience shows that the test scheme is successful.
