摘要 本文分析了双辊薄带连铸工艺热运输过程,建立了二维的热流模型,定量地给出了确保能够稳定连铸双辊机铸造1~5mm厚薄带各个工艺参数之间的相互关系。同时计算了获得高生产能力所需的高铸速及相关的参数。 This paper gives out the study of the heat transfer process of strip casting technology of the twin-roll machine. The two-dimensional model of heat flow is set up. The relationships between various operational parameters which ensure to produce continuous thin strip (1~5 mm) in the twin-roll caster have been presented quantitatively. Meanwhile, the high casting rates and their related parameters required to obtain the high productivity were also calculated.
