摘要
目的 : 探讨嗜脂性马拉色菌与银屑病发病相关关系。方法 : 采用病例对照设计 ,以嗜脂性马拉色菌 (原卵形糠秕孢子菌P .ovale)整菌 (WPO)、胞外提取物 (ECE)、胞壁提取物 (CWE)、胞浆提取物(CPE)为抗原 ,用间接酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)方法检测 6 7例点滴状、35例斑块状寻常型银屑病患者和等量正常人血清中的抗P .ovale抗体。结果 : 点滴状寻常型银屑病患者血清中除抗WPOIgG、IgM、IgA抗体高于正常外 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余与正常对照组均相同 ;与点滴状相比 ,斑块状寻常型银屑病患者血清中抗ECEIgM、IgA抗体显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,其检测O .D .值是正常对照组的 2倍以上。结论 : 寻常型银屑病患者对人体皮肤正常菌群的嗜脂性马拉色菌存在免疫应答异常 ,斑块状寻常型银屑病的发病和 (或 )
Objectives:To investigate the relationship between lipophilic Malassezia and pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods: Using case-control design, the serum levels of antibodies for IgG、IgM、IgA classes against P. ovale in 67 patients with psoriasis guttata, 35 patients with psoriasis plaque and the same normal people as controls were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) using whole cells of P. ovale (WPO) , extracellular extract (ECE), cell wall extract (CWE) and cytoplasm extract (CPE) as antigens.Results: The results demonstrated that the serum levels of IgG, IgM and IgA against WPO in psoriasis guttata was significantly higher than that in controls(P<0.01, P<0.05), while the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA against ECE, CWE and CPE were similar to those in normal controls, and the levels of IgM and IgA antibodies against ECE in psoriasis plaque were significantly higher than controls(P< 0.01 ). OD values of the antibodies of these patients were about two times higher than normals. Conclusion : There may be abnormalities in patients with psoriasis vulgaris in immunological reaction to lipophilic Malassezia which is a component of the microflora of human skin. The results indicate that psoriatic lesions might be provoked and/or aggravated by lipophilic Malassezia in psorisis plaque. [
