本文主要介绍上钢三厂不锈钢方板坯兼用型连铸机投产一年来的生产实践。叙述了1Cr18Ni9Ti钢连铸的操作与经验,反映了钢液精炼、无氧化浇铸、液面控制和高质耐材的使用对铸坯质量的重要意义。
The Voest-Alpine slab/bloom combination caster was put into operation in September 1988. The paper describes the experiences and operation of casting stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti during the first year and the importance of steel refining,no-oxidization casting, mould level control and high quality refractory materials to the slab quality.
