LD钢制车圈轧辊的分级—等温淬火新工艺研究

摘要 本文对Cr12钢油淬、LD钢油淬及LD钢分级(?)温淬火后的耐磨性、韧性和耐蚀性进行了研究与对比,还分析了它们与显微组织之间的关系。结果表明:LD钢经分级(?)等温淬火后能获下贝氏体+马氏体(+少量残余奥氏体)组织,具有良好的耐磨性、韧性及耐蚀性。用LD钢代替Cr12钢制造车圈轧辊,并采用分级-等温淬火热处理新工艺,轧辊使用寿命提高达五倍之多。经济效益十分显著。 In this paper the investigation and comparison were made on the tribological properties, toughness and corrosion-resistance of oil-quenched Crl2 steel, oil-quenched LD steel and austempered LD steel. Relationships between the above mentioned properties and microstructures were also analyzed. The results show that the austempered LD steel possesses better tribological properties, toughness and corrosion-resistance. The service life of forming roller of bicycle wheel is lengthened by five times with using austempering new process. Outstanding economical profits can be achieved. Finally, effect of microstructure factors on the tribological properties of roller was discussed.
