摘要
本文阐述了钒渣代钒铁直接合金化在电炉中冶炼09SiVL,40Si2MnV钢的试验工作。结果表明:钒渣直接合金化工艺可行,钒回收率稳定,钢的质量及机械工艺性能良好,经济效益显著。
This paper describes experiments of direct alloying with vanadium slag in stead of ferro-vanadium to melt 09SiVL and 40Si2MnV steels in the electric-arc furnace. The results show that the direct atloying method with vanadium slag is possible. This process features itself of vanadium yield steady, quality and mechanical properties of steel good and economic benefit remarkable.
