摘要
本文通过热模拟试验,研究肯定了电磁搅拌技术对改善铸坯凝固组织与碳化物分布的重要作用。通过模拟试验及其产品使用考核,确定了水平连铸小断面Cr12MoV钢坯的技术可行性和必须保证的压缩比。
In this article, by means of a hot simulating test, the important role of EMS on the improvement of solidification structures and carbide distribution in a billet has been researched and confirmed. Through simulating tests and product application examination, the technical feasibility and the desired reduction ratio of final products for small Cr12MoV billets of horizontal continuous casting have also been determined.
