用结构分析程序研究剪切机刀片应力场

RESEARCH ON THE STRESS FIELD OF BLADE OF CUTTING MACHINE BY USING STRUCTURE ANALYSIS PROGRAM

本文使用有限元线性系统静动力结构分析程序(SAP5)对管材剪切机刀片应力场进行了研究。其结果用以指导剪切机刀片曲线形状的合理设计。本文还将其结果与激光全息干涉光弹法结果进行比较对照。

This paper presents the stress field research of the blade of pipe cutting machine by SAP5 of the finite element method. The results can be used asa guide for reasonable design of the blade curve of cutting machine. In this paper, the rcsults of both finite element method and laser hologram interlerence photoelastic method have been compared.
