氦-氖激光治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效观察

Effective observation of hepatolithiasis treated by He-Ne laser

氦-氖激光治疗肝内胆管结石的疗效观察方法 采用中药加氦 氖激光穴位照射综合疗法 ,对 2 8例肝内胆管结石患者进行治疗观察 ,并以单纯中药治疗组 2 1例作对照 ,测得数据经统计学处理后进行分析比较。结果 中药加氦 氖激光治疗组总有效率为 89 3 % ,单纯中药治疗组总有效率为 66 7%。中药加氦 氖激光综合治疗组优于单纯中药治疗组。 (χ2 =5 0 8 P值 <0 0 5 )结论 氦 氖激光治疗是非手术治疗肝内胆管结石的简便。

Objective In order to observe the therapeutical effect of He Ne laser therapy on hepatolithiasis. Methods 49 cases of patients were divided into two groups.One group (a 28) was treated by traditional Chinese medicines and acupuncture point irradiation with He Ne laser,the oher (b 21) was treated with traditional Chinese medicines as control groups.The statistical analysis of date was canied out by chi square test. Results The total effective rate was 89.3% in traditional Chinese medicines and He Ne laser.The total effective rate was 66.7% in traditional Chinese medicines therapy.The He Ne laser treatment group was better than the traditional Chinese medicines treatment group.(χ 2=5 08 P值<0 05) Conclusion The He Ne laser therapy on hepatolithiasis is an easy and effective mtehod ofnon operation.
