低功率微波治疗急性弥漫性外耳道炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of acute otitis externa diffusa treated by low power microwave

目的 观察低功率微波治疗急性弥漫性外耳道炎的疗效。方法 采用电脑微波治疗仪 ,用适当的外耳道辐射器直接插入患侧外耳道 ,输出功率 2 2W ,对 60例 (耳 )急性弥漫性外耳道炎患者进行治疗每次 2 0分钟 ,每日 2次 ,每次治疗后用 2 %酚甘油棉片填塞外耳道 ,观察患者耳痛消失及外耳道肿胀消退的治疗次数。同时以 60例单纯应用 2 %酚甘油棉片填塞治疗者为对照组 ,比较两组间耳痛及耳道肿胀消退治疗次数之间的差异。结果 两组患者均全部治愈。耳痛消失平均治疗次数观察组为 2 .0 5次 ,对照组为 3 5 8次 ,观察组明显小于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。耳道肿胀消退平均治疗次数观察组为 2 .82次 ,对照组为 5 0 5次。观察组明显小于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 低功率微波治疗急性弥漫性外耳道炎 ,能显著缩短患者耳痛消失和外耳道肿胀消退的时间 。

Conclusion Low power microwave treatment on acute otitis external diffusa,can shorten the length of time of otodynia and external acoustic swelling.
