摘要
12辊和20辊集束轧机的新颖设计中采用直接液压压下装置,能使带材厚度公差达到最小。由于新颖轧机的速度高并具有各种不同的动作调节性能,因而即使工作辊辊经并不要求很小的情况下,12辊集束轧机能够成为4辊高速轧机的一种颇具吸引力的替代设备。
Direct hydraulic screw-down systems are adopted in the novel design of 12- roll and 20-roll cluster mills, which minimize the thickness tolerances of strips. Due to the high speed and various adjustment functions, the 12-roll cluster mills are very attractive to substitute the high speed 4-high rolling mills even if the diameter of work-rolls needs not to be very small.
