摘要
目的 :探讨 70 0kPa空气和氮氧混合气对大鼠脑电活动的影响。方法 :将清醒大鼠分别在 70 0kPa空气和氮氧混合气 (PO2 为 2 2kPa)中暴露 15min ,通过头皮针电极记录其脑电图及功率谱。结果 :和加压前对比 ,70 0kPa空气中 ,大鼠脑电频率和波幅均无显著变化 ;70 0kPa氮氧混合气中 ,大鼠脑电频率变慢 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,波幅无显著变化。结论 :70 0kPa空气对大鼠脑电影响不明显 ;70 0kPa氮氧混合气中 ,即氮分压达到 6 78kPa时可对大鼠脑电活动产生较明显影响。
Objective:To explore the effects on EEG in rats of 700 kPa air and nitrogen oxygen mixture pressure. Methods: Rats were compressed to 700 kPa with compressed air and nitrogen oxygen mixture (PO 2=22 kPa) and left for 15 minutes. Spontaneous EEG was recorded. Results: No significant changes were found in rat EEG frequency and amplitude under 700 kPa air pressure before and after the compression. Under 700 kPa nitrogen oxygen mixture pressure, the rat EEG frequency decreased, and the difference was significant. There were no significant changes in EEG amplitude. Conclusion: 700 kPa air pressure had no significant effect on rat EEG activity. 700 kPa nitrogen oxygen mixture pressure reduced rat EEG frequency significantly. High partial pressure oxygen may take an antagonistic effect on nitrogen narcosis.
