阴股沟皮瓣阴茎再造术33例临床观察

33 Cases of Penis Reconstuction with Pudendal-thigh Skin Flap

目的 :探索阴茎再造的理想方法。方法 :分二期手术。第一期手术在阴股沟区设计长 15～ 17cm、宽 7～ 8cm双蒂皮瓣 ,并将皮瓣卷成皮管 ,血运训练 ;第二期手术为阴茎成形术。结果 :用于 33例患者 ,手术均获成功 ,效果满意。结论 :阴股沟皮瓣有可靠的解剖学基础 ,切取方便 ,供区隐蔽 ,无需植皮 ,再造后阴茎外形及神经感觉均较理想 ,是一种值得推广的阴茎再造方法。

Objective: To explore ways of penis reconstruction with pudendal thigh skin flap. Methods: Penis reconstruction operation included two steps. The first step was to form the pudendal thigh skin tubed flap(15～17×7～8 cm).The second step was to reconstruct the penis by using the pudendal thigh skin tubed flap. Results: All the operations were successful and the patients felt satisfied. Conclusion: The method of penis reconstruction by using the pudendal thigh skin flap has many advantages: the skin flap gives good sensation and blood supply; the linear scars of the donor site are hidden and inconspicuous; the procedure is easy learning and for application.
