摘要
在Hirst挤压极限图基础上,运用STD工业控制机系统和测温技术,经实验获得了用于Al-Mg-Si合金的动态模型及其优化状态,其结果可将挤压型材出口速度提高50%以上。
On the base of Hirst's extrusion-limit diagrams,using STD industrial control computer system and temperature measurement technique,can be refined the diagram to some extent,while deriving experimentally a diagram for an Al-Mg-Si alloy and optimum condition,measurements show that extrusion profiles exit velocity can be increased over 50%.
