复方丹参宁脑片的制备及质量标准研究

目的 :在复方丹参宁脑汤的基础上制成片剂并制定其质量标准。方法 :根据处方中各味中药所含成分不同 ,采用药材提取物加药材细粉与适宜辅料混匀。用 TL C法鉴别丹参、五味子、何首乌、人参。结果 :方法简便、准确、重现性好。结论

OBJECTIVE:To draw up an quality standard that it is based on Compound Danshen Ningnao soup again made into tablets.METHODS:On the grounds of different respective Chinese Traditional Medicine ingredient in prescription, manufactured tablets with abstraction mass, powder of drug and suitable adjunct by mixing and pressing carefully.Radixsalviae miltiorrhizae, Fructus schisandrae, Radix polygoni multiflori and Radix ginseng was identified by TLC.RESULTS:The methods is simple,accurate and reproducible.CONCLUSION:The methods can be used effectively control quality of Compound Danshen Ningnao tablets.
