宫清颗粒调经及抑菌作用研究

Study on Regulation of Painful Menstruation and Bacteriostasis of Gongqing Granules

目的 :观察宫清颗粒调经止痛、清热解毒的药理作用。方法 :分别用子宫法 ,放免法及催产素诱发痛经模型观察宫清颗粒对成年雌性大鼠离体及在体子宫收缩作用的影响 ,对雌性大鼠性激素水平的影响以及对小鼠原发性痛经的影响。结果 :该制剂口服对大鼠离体及在体子宫的收缩具有明显的促进作用 ;能提高大鼠血清中雌二醇含量 ;减少催产素所致痛经小鼠的扭体次数 ;此外还有一定的抑菌作用。结论

OBJECTIVE:To observe the pharmacological actions of Gongqing granules on regulation of painful menstruation and toxin resolving.METHODS:The uterus methods and radioimmunoassay methods and menorrhalgia model induced by oxytocin were applied.RESULTS:Gongqing granules could promote the contraction activities of rat uterus in vivo and in vitro. It could decrease the torsion times of menorrhalgia induced by oxytocin in mice. Besides it has bacterostasis actions.CONCLUSION:Gongqing granules has strong regulation action of painful menstruation.
