玉屏风散对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活化作用的血清药理学研究

A Serum Pharmacological Study on Activity of PmΦ of Yupingfeng Powders in Mice

目的 :应用中药血清药理学方法 ,观察玉屏风散对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活化功能的影响。方法 :9组小鼠按 0 .1ml/ 10 g体重用玉屏风散水煎液灌胃 ,剂量相当于 4 8.0 g饮片 / kg体重 ,于给药后 15 min、30 min、1h、1.5 h、2 h、2 .5 h、3h、4 h分别在无菌条件下取血 ,分离血清进行腹腔巨噬细胞活化作用检测。另设蒸馏水灌胃后的空白血清作对照组。结果 :30 min～ 90 min含药血清对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞均具有活化作用 (P<0 .0 1)。结论

OBJECTIVE:Using a method of serum pharmacology, the effect of Yupingfeng powders (YPFP) on the activity of peritoneal macrophage ( PmΦ) was studied in mice.METHODS:9 groups of healthy mice were ingested YPFP apozem at a dose of equivalent to 48.0g herbal slices per kilogram weight. Their blood were collected in an aseptic state to disaffiliate serum in different time when the activity of PmΦ was investigated. One more group was ingested distilled water, whose extracted serum was used as a control.RESULTS:The drug containing serum taken in the time of 30min ～ 90min after ingestion could evidently stimulate the activity of PmΦ(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The drug containing serum of mice could improve the activity of PmΦ in varied degrees in term of time effect relationship.
