不同产地枸杞重金属含量差异比较

Compare to the Content of the Heavy Metals in Lyciums from Three Different Growing Areas

目的 :为了比较不同产地枸杞重金属含量的差异。方法 :采用 spectr AA2 2 0 z原子吸收石墨炉和AFS2 2 0 1型双道原子荧光光度计测定了 3种不同产地枸杞 3种重金属元素的含量。结果 :其中 Cd和 Hg含量较低 ,Pb含量宁夏枸杞和土枸杞较低 ,河北枸杞含量远高于前二者。结论

OBJECTIVE:To compare the difference in the contents of heavy metal of the three kinds of Lycium.METHODS:The contents of Pb and Cd were determined by AAS, the contents of Hg were determined by AFS.RESULTS:The contents of Cd and Hg are relatively poor, the contents of Pb are not much in Lycium chinensis Mill.and Licium barbarum L.,but in Lycium chinensis Mill. var.potaniniia A.M.Lu is more than in the other two.CONCLUSION:Lycium chinensis Mill. var. potaniniil A.M.Lu can't be used as medicine instead of Lycium barbarum L.
