摘要 由于具有能耗低、适应性强、污染小、综合利用好的特点,湿法提镍日益发展。本文归纳了已获工业应用的氨性、硫酸和氯化介质中湿法提取镍的各种工艺方法,列举比较了各厂使用的原料、工艺流程、生产规模和回收率;分析了各种方法的工艺特点、技术成就和发展趋势。 The hydrometallurgy of nickel develops increasingly owing to its low energy consumption,high adaptability,little pollution of environment and fine comprehensive utilization of valuable components in nickel ores and concentrates.In this paper,the various industrial hydrometallurgical methods in ammoniac,sulfate and chloride mediums are summarized.The raw materials,technological processes,production scale and metals recoveries in different plants are described and compared.The technological characteristics,technical achievements and development tendency of various hydrometallurgical methods are also discussed.
