合金表面聚集理论适应性分析

Analysing the Applicability for Surface Segregation Theories of Alloy Systems

摘要 本文以四个较典型的二元合金系统 Ag-Ni,Cu-Ti,Pd-Pt 以及 Au-Cr 表面聚集的实验事实与理论预言作对此,分析了理论模型的基础和适应性。指出,只有那些表面 Gibbs 自由能可以简羊用表面能和弹性能两项表示的系统,才能正确描述,否则,就不能正确描述。 The experimental results of surface segregation for Some of binaryalloy systems can be explained correctly but for Some of others cannot byseveral important theories for surface segregation of alloy,for the abovementioned,the reason could not be found to us in the literature.The com-parison of the data for Ag-Ni,Cu-Ti,Pd-Pt and Au-Cr four alloy systemsto the results of theorectical models has been carried out,and the basisand applicability for the models have been analyzed in this paper.It hasbeen pointed out that only the systems,which,the surface Gibbs freeenergy could be simply described by the two distinct terms of surfaceenergy and elastic energy,can be explained correctly by the theory models,whilst others cannot.
