摘要
进行了铜-铝爆炸复合板的退火试验。讨论了不同退火工艺对该双金属界面结合区的成分,组织和性能的影响。指出,为了获得良好的结合区组织和综合的力学性能,该复合板的退火以不高于400℃的温度和不多于0.5小时的保温时间为宜。
Annealing experiment was carried out on the captioned composite plate.Effect of different annealing processes on the composition,structure andproperties of the bonded area was discussed.It is pointed out that,in orderto achieve good bonded area with exellent comprehensive mechanic proper-ties,it is recommended to anneal the composite plate at a temperature nothigher than 400℃ for a period not longer than 0.5 hours.
