改良Sugiura术治疗门静脉高压症20例报告

Modified Sugiura operation for portal hypertension(report of 20 cases).

目的 探讨改良 Sugiura术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效。方法 对 2 0例门静脉高压症行改良 Sugiura术者进行临床分析。结果 2 0例术后近期止血效果确切 ,随访观察发现 19例食管静脉曲张消失或明显减轻。 1例出现吻合口瘘及狭窄 ,经非手术治疗而愈。 1例因肝肾功能衰竭死亡。结论 改良

Objective To assess the effect of modified Sugiura operation for treating portal hypertension.Methods Twenty cases of portal hypertension treated by modified Sugiura operation in our hospital from February 1998 to April 2001 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Immediate effect on the arrest of hemorrhage and recent results of the patients were satisfactory.Follow up of 19 patients showed that their esophageal varices disappeared or remarkably ameliorated.There was anastomotic leakage and stricture in one patient and was cured by non operative method.One patient died of hepatorenal failure.Conclusion Modified Sugiura operation is a reasonable method for treating portal hypertension.
