乳化重油燃烧掺水量优化控制方案的分析与应用 被引量:2

摘要 在掺水乳化重油性能影响因素的实验基础上 ,通过对乳化重油掺水前后燃烧效果的评价和影响掺水比例的多种因素的分析 ,设计了一种掺水量优化控制方案 ,并应用于燃油隧道窑的实践 ,得出 :可以通过计算节油率和测定NOx、CO和烟尘量以及烟气的林格曼黑度来评价乳化油掺水后的节能和环保效果 ;燃烧乳化重油必须相应减少供风量 ,节油效果更好 ;现场试验结果与实验室结果吻合良好 ,表明实验研究得到的结论对实际中更好的运用这一节能技术具有很好的指导意义 图 4,表 2 ,参 On the basis of the experimental study of the various factors affecting the viscosity ,stability and disperse phase(water)droplet size of emulsified heavy-oil(EHO),according to the combustion effect evaluation of EHO before or after adding water in it and the analysis of various factors affecting the Percentage of Water Added in Oil(PWA),a kind of optimization measure of PWA is designed in this paper. The practice in tunnel furnace which combusts heavy oil, shows that: (1) The effect of energy-saving and environmental prevention can be evaluated by means of calculating the oil-saving rate and measuring the concentration of NO x , CO or smut. (2) When the EHO is combusted, the decreasing of needed air in the course of combustion will lead to the better effect of oil-saving. (3) The practical application example demonstrates that the experimental results have a good significance on how to use this energy-saving technology successfully. 4figs.,2tabs., 10refs.
