变压联合化疗24例脑胶质瘤病人初步观察

The clinical observation of combined chemotherapy with AgⅡ-induced hypertension in 24 cases of brain glioma patient

目的 :为探索出一种实用而有效的化疗方案 ,以提高胶质瘤的疗效。方法 :联合应用卡氮芥 (BCNU)、威猛 (Vm -2 6 )和顺铂 (DDP)静脉注射。序贯投药同时 ,应用血管紧张素Ⅱ (AgⅡ )和硝普钠行血压调节。结果 :变压联合化疗组病人有效率为 6 7% ,与对照组 (有效率为 2 0 % )相比 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :变压联合化疗方法 ,使胶质瘤疗效提高 ,值得推广应用。

Objective Chemotherapy is very important role in glioma treatment.Malignant gliomas have no significant result treated with conventional Chemotherapy.Tumorcell resistance to cytotoxic drugs is a major cause of failure in the chemotherapy of malignant gliomas.We developed a new combined chemotherapy with AgⅡ-induced hypertension in 24 cases brain glioma.Method BCNU Vm-26 ad DDP is sequentially used in treatment of glioma at AgⅡ-induced hypertension.NMD is injected in sametime.Results Conclusion The effective rates in two groups were 67% and 20% resperctively( P <0 01).We considered that this method may be more effective than conventional chemotherapy in glioma treatment.
