摘要
采用 X-射线衍射分析仪研究了型煤灰球中固硫物相种类及相对含量与型煤径向位置、添加剂种类及炉温的关系 .结果表明 ,型煤灰球不同径向位置的固硫物相种类不同 ,且固硫物相的相对含量随着型煤灰球的径向位置和炉温变化而变化 ;Mg O在型煤燃烧过程中起催化剂作用 ,而不是固硫剂作用 .实验发现 ,加入 Mg O添加剂时 ,固硫物相中没有 Ca S,说明 Mg
Relationship of sulfur-retention phase and its content with the radial location, the additives, and the furnace temperature was investigated by using X-ray diffraction analyzer. The result indicates that the sulfur-fixing phase varies with its radial location in briquette ash sphere and the content of sulfur-retention phase varies with the radial location as well as furnace temperature. If MgO is added, CaS can not be found in the sulfur-retention phase, showing that MgO might have an important influence on sulfur-fixing of briquette.
